Refund Policy

Eligibility Window for Refunds:

We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible refund policy for our participants. If you need to cancel your attendance, please ensure you submit your refund request at least 72 hours before the event's scheduled start.
For clarity, if an event is on a Friday, your refund request should be made by the preceding Tuesday night at the latest.

Refunds Within 72 Hours of Event Start:

Due to the nature of event planning, including pre-purchased essentials like catering and supplies, we are unable to offer refunds within 72 hours of the event's start. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Alternative to Refunds:

If you find yourself unable to attend and it's within the 72-hour window, we encourage you to pass your ticket to someone else who could benefit from the Techstars Startup Weekend experience. This ensures that the opportunity for learning and innovation is not missed.

Responsibility for Refunds:

All refund requests are managed and processed by the organizing team of the specific Techstars Startup Weekend event you are registered for. They are your point of contact for any refund-related queries.
